Event Gallery

Event Gallery has been designed from the ground up to support GIFs and MP4s.

Your images are automatically resized for optimized viewing while still keeping the original file intact - this means that your image quality isn’t compromised when you’re sharing from the app!

Provide your guests with the link to the event gallery and they will be able to view their images instantly just by using their mobile.

This can help to speed up the sharing process if your booth is in demand!

Mobile view works just as well on a tablet or desktop and is great for social sharing.

Select the images you want to host by uploading from either your local camera roll or from your desktop, and if you’re using Darkroom Software products, set up microsites and the process is automatic!

Files can also be uploaded directly from Dropbox, OneDrive or GoogleDrive.

Event Gallery allows you to download galleries in full in a zip file.

The download of full galleries can be restricted by adding password protection - keeping users and content safe!

The API allows you to create custom integrations.

By using it, you can create galleries, upload photos and get direct share links.

Guests at events can download their original photo from the gallery with just a click of a button.

This means they can edit, print and share on their own at a later date! 

Your galleries can be made private with a password so that only guests or hosts can access the images.

It's also simple to hide a gallery from your index so that private events stay private.

Event Gallery supports sharing directly to social media sites including Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Twitter.

Users can also share via email straight from the gallery.

All the metrics and data are recorded for each individual gallery to help you measure the success of an event.  

This includes gallery views, image views, social shares and email addresses.

Make our app your own and completely remove all Event Gallery branding. Use your own logo, footer and domain name.

You can even customise individual gallery logos and links so that each event is different.

Visitors to your gallery will never even know you’re using Event Gallery.

Everything is served from your own custom domain, so guests will know where to find their photos.

Protect your images or showcase your brand by adding custom watermarks to images - all from within the Event Gallery app.

You can add text or image watermarks, and select their location and opacity on the photos.
